Donald Wayne Reed and Apache the horse are stuck on a railroad trestle as the train approaches, quite a rescue story, Brockton, Massachusetts. Full page color Four Roses whiskey ad with the most lovely old motorcycle, big white sidewalls, yellow rims. John Foster Dulles. India Steps Forward, to industrialization, even have day care for babies while mothers work - photos by Howard Sochurek. Interesting story about the Army Signal Corps training camp, things like learning to climb telephone poles and more. Fashion - stoles, wraps, long scarves. Basketball court jesters Harlem Globetrotters - Goose Tatum. Helen Gallagher as Hazel Flagg. 17 year old minister - Lasserre Bradley Jr. Mt Washington weather station - great photos by Peter Stackpole. The Expense Account Aristocracy by Ernest Havemann.
